St. Edmund's High School, Brooklyn
Here's St. Edmunds High School, on Ocean Avenue near Avenue T in Brooklyn.

Ground was broken for the school in late spring 1960, and was scheduled to be completed by September 1961. It was originally designed to be a school for girls, and was built to accommodate 1,100 students, and was to be staffed by the Sparkhill Dominican Sisters.

Sisters of Charity Convent, Bellerose/Floral Park, Queens
Once again, where there's a school, there's a convent. This one was built for the Sisters of Charity of the Blessed Virgin Mary of Dubuque, IA.

Incarnation Parish School and Convent, Bellaire/Queens Village
The original newspaper clipping listed these buildings as being in Bellaire. They're now listed as being in Queens Village. It's another example of a school building and an adjoining convent.
